WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITION:
1. All products carry a manufacturer warranty only.
2. OODI would facilitate the repair process by coordinating with the respective service centres, Warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of parts through service partners, which are found to be defective and not the entire replacement of the product.
3. Replacement or exchange of products should be approved by the manufacturer and is at the discretion of the manufacturer
4. In the event a product is approved for replacement, then the warranty is continued from the original product and will not be an extended warranty.
5. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part / s of the unit, this warranty will continue thereafter and remain in force for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
6. The company or its authorized service centre/service dealer, reserves the right to retain any parts or component/s replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period, hence the customer cannot demand the parts to be returned back
7. Warranty is not available for FOC items & packaging accessories (exceptions to be handled by category department separately)
8. The warranty is a local UAE warranty unless offered and mentioned on the warranty card additionally for international coverage.
WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. Defects or malfunctions caused by damage resulting from improper care, misuse or abuse of the product, or operation of the product contrary to the instructions contained in the owner’s manual
2. Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company personnel
3. Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry / or physical construction of the set.
4. Installation/repair work is carried out by persons/agencies other than authorized by the company.
5. Site (premises where the product is kept in conditions that do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the machine. Damage caused by overcharging and wrong voltage burnouts. 6. The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet or device.
7. Damage or defect caused by accident, sand, water, sweat or battery leakage.
8. Product is tampered with, modified, repaired or attempted to repair by unauthorized service personnel
9. Model name and serial number do not match the product or if they are altered, removed or mutilated.
10. Device improper working due to some software installation, customized settings, antivirus & lack of “know-how is not covered in the scope of a warranty.
11. Products used for commercial usage will not be eligible for extended warranty claims
12. To avail of the replacement warranty benefits from the brand, retain this invoice & defective product on your device or else replacement service charges as applicable will apply.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY (7 DAYS EXCHANGE)
1. Product should be returned within 7 days of purchase in original packed condition.
2. Customer needs to produce ID proof (Emirates ID or Passport) at the time of return.
3. If the product purchased has a bundle, then the entire bundle (FOCS / accessories, etc) needs to be returned.
4. Return shall be made according to the method of payment used in invoicing. Further, in the case of credit cards, a refund will be made in the same credit card which has been used at the time of invoicing
5. Cash or card refund will be initiated only after receiving the goods at the origin destination.
6. If the product packing is opened, but only if the product is unused, then a 15% restocking fee would apply. The customer would be issued a credit note with a 15% deduction from the actual product value. If the product is used, then the customer will be eligible for normal warranty repair.
7. Personal care items, gaming and generic software are not applicable for exchange. Products from clearance sales are not applicable for exchange.
8. The products must be in original packing condition (Instruction manual along with all accessories), Which means it’s unworn, unopened from shrink wrap, seal open, unused and in their original condition. If the condition is satisfied, the customer would be issued a credit note for an equivalent value.
9. Accessories, Mobile phones, laptop computers, electronics tablets, hygienic items (personal care items etc.), Watches & Jewellery are not subject to any exchange or refund unless found defective within 7 days.
