RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

Eligibility:

  1. Items may only be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery date. Mobile phones, laptops, wearables, watches, electronics etc. are eligible for exchange or refund unless found defective and returned within 7 days from purchase or delivery date.
  2. Items must be in original condition, with brand outer box, tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for successful return pick-up.
  3. Items to be exchanged, refunded, or repaired must be presented with original invoice or Original Delivery Note.

Not Eligible Items: Items in following categories cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Damaged by user
  • Used Items/ Different from the one shipped
  • Returned after 7 days

Returns will be processed only if:

  • Product was not damaged while in customer’s possession.
  • Product is not different from what was shipped.
  • Product is returned in same condition as received.

After courier receives item, it may take up to two weeks to receive and process return. Refund may take 5 to 7 business days to show on payment card statement.

Note: We will not accept the return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items that were not originally purchased from Oodi. We can only process a return to correct items that are returned under our policies.

 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Bring item to our store with original tax invoice received by customer.
  2. For online return – Email order details to “info@oodi.com” and our customer support team will provide necessary return instructions.

REFUND PROCESS:

  1. After receiving return, product undergoes quality check.
  2. Refunds are made using original payment method.
  3. Once return processing is completed, refund may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on payment card statement or bank account.
  4. Cash or card refund is initiated after receiving goods at original destination.
