Product Condition: We can only accept exchanges for products with unopened packaging. The product must be in its original condition.

Time Frame: Exchanges are only applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the product is returned within this timeframe.

Proof of Purchase: Kindly provide a copy of the original invoice or receipt along with the returned product.

Exchange Process: Upon meeting the above conditions, you may exchange the product for an item of the same value or higher. If the chosen item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
